The swing mounting and hooks are hand made of 18ct yellow gold and are specially designed to flair out on the exit of the ear piercing to add dimension and fit snugly on the ears. the drop from the entry of the ear to the top of the pearl is 15mm (1/2") add the pearl diameter to measure total drop.
