The word "Keshi" in Japanese means "poppy seed" and the little pearls are all composed of pure “nacre” (Mother of Pearl). This 7 strand Keshi pearl necklace uses massive amounts of these gorgeous and highly lustrous little pearls. The pearls are all irregular in shape and individual in Mother Nature's design with no two being identical.
